We collect encrypted authentication credentials (bcrypt hashed passwords), mobile phone numbers used for OTP login verification, system logs, IP addresses, and API access tokens.

• Attendance Recording: Computing, recording, and summarizing daily and subject-wise attendance logs.
• Authentication & Security: Verifying identity via Email/Password or SMS OTP, enforcing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Administrative Reporting: Generating daily attendance stats, departmental reports, and compliance metrics.
• Notifications: Sending transactional alerts, OTP verification codes, and attendance notifications via SMS/Email.

• Authorized Personnel: Department heads, faculty, and system administrators with legitimate access credentials.
